Revert back to ie8 from ie9 windows 7

The only problem is that you have to do this every time using F12 or Tools F12 Developer view. Select IE8 and IE8 document standards. I remember in the past, you could uninstall the update and it would default to IE8 but it doesn't seem to behave that way anymore.
